When I first arrived, my condition was very poor because of arthritis in both of my knees especially my left. It was sore and swollen, had no range of motion, and I could barely extend it without pain. In less than two visits and her therapy protocol with Graston we started to restore function to my knee.
As an athlete I have received many different kinds of therapies. Rolfing, acupuncture, and conventional physical therapies from renowned practitioners have not compared to Graston, and what it has done to regain my motion and strength in this amount time.
In addition to knee problems, Tami has also given me more range of motion in my hips, which also received Graston. I run now, which was impossible before I came to see her. I am 56 years young and have returned to all activities.
