Ability Rehab and Physical Therapy - The Softer Side of Physical Therapy.

At Ability Rehab and Physical Therapy we understand that therapy can be difficult.  We understand that it can be painful.  We'd like to have you try a new way.  Our approach is individualized and tailored to your specific needs. 

We start with an evaluation of your abilities, implement a physical therapy program to maximize your recovery, and begin the work of restoring you to your best self.

We use physical therapy techniques to improve your mobility, strength, endurance, flexibility, and independence.  We will teach you how to maximize your recovery and how to continue to improve once your course of treatment is over.

For many of our patients, their treatment includes a 30 minute massage delivered by a licensed massage therapist.  This massage often allows our patients to recover more quickly from their painful condition.
